The builder timeline problem

Production homebuilders in communities like Wellen Park are working to a schedule measured in weeks, not months. Paver subcontractors are often contracted to complete driveways, walkways, and lanai surfaces within a very narrow window. That pressure creates a chain of compromises that show up years later in your pavers.

The first compromise is joint sand. Most production builds use basic dry-cut or kiln-dried sand between paver joints rather than polymeric sand.
